Shipping policy

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing times are separate from the shipping times stated at checkout.

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).  Express orders placed Monday to Friday after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day.  Express orders placed Saturday to Sunday will be processed Monday.  Express orders are not available for P.O. Box addresses. 

Depending on the high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, there could be delays in shipping and receiving your items. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within Central Florida area (specifically Orange and Seminole Counties). For orders under $100, we charge $15 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 9 to 5 on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.  You will be notified if an alternate address needs to be provided.
